He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Ann Haley (Koban); and his parents, Thomas Francis Haley and Catherine Brunner (Kate). He is survived by: his children, Sheryl Haley, Karen (Tom), Thomas M. and Joseph R.; his siblings, Bob Haley (Catherine) of Virginia Beach, Sarah Gregar (Ed) of Burnside, Jackie Walker (Bob) of Dallas, TX and David Haley (Jane) of Virginia Beach; and his daughter Michelle Marie. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
