He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Myers and Martha Watters Carstetter; and his brother Harry L. Carstetter. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Bellone Carstetter; his daughters, Stacia Boguslawski (Mark) of Ford City, Sonja Linnon (Jeff) of Worthington and Sharla Anke (John) of Butler; and his stepson Kenneth O'Shell Jr. of Lower Burrell. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
