He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert McKelvey and Gladys Zackarius McKelvey; and his brother Charles McKelvey. He is survived by: his wife Merrily Evans McKelvey; and his children, Mark McKelvey and Lori Neff (Forest). He is also survived by four stepchildren; two grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
