She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. McDonald and Dorothy E. Schell McDonald. She is survived by: her husband Richard A. Samuels; her children, William Richard Samuels (Joanna) of Pittsburgh, Poppy Helen Mayson Ducary (Jamie) of Downingtown, PA., Benjamin Carl Samuels (Lori) of Lower Burrell, Rebecca Jocelyn Wilson of Jeannette, Joshua David Samuels (April) of Germantown, TN. and Rachel Willis of Marysville, OH.; and her sister Jacci McDonald of Chelan, WA.. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations made in her name to Heaven's Family Mission.
