It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Ulizio of Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania, born in Tarentum, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 6, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Martin R. Valchar; her husband Richard Ulizio; her son Ricky Ulizio; and her siblings, Rudy Valchar, Willian Valchar, Clement Valchar, Joseph Valchar, Stella Jezik, Mary Ann Harnadek and Betty Ciuchta.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Sammon (Mark) of Avon, OH., Thomas Ulizio (Katie) of Lower Burrell and Amy Gallo (Robert) of Franklin Park; her grandchildren, Holly Moore (Andrew), Alyssa Kelly (Michael), Marty Sammon, Brian Ulizio, Justin Ulizio, Siena Gallo, Trey Gallo and Emerson Gallo; her great grandchildren, Ellie, James, Abby, Ava and Connor; and her sisters, Aggie Hindman of Illinois and Millie Hunter of Connecticut. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations made in her name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
