He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve and Sophia of Leechburg; and his brother Steve of Springdale Pa. He is survived by: his son Jon of Springdale; and his siblings, Joe Sinka (Kathy) of Trinity, Debby Wanichko (Gene) of Jamestown and Carol Boarts (Larry) of Leechburg.
