She is survived by: her children, Sandra Kwiatek Acre (James), Joseph (Raquel), Vincent (Hallie) and Brad Kwiatek (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Anna, Rachel, Eric, Crystal, Brooke, Haley and Connor; her great grandchildren, Landon and Emma; and her sisters, Jean Herbulock Sennett (Jack) and Leona Paz Herbulock.
