He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas B. Foley and Theresa Givens Foley; and his siblings, John Foley, Isabelle Johnson and Marie Lukage.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth E. McCracken Foley; his sons, David Foley of Lower Burrell, Daniel Foley (Patricia) of Ohio and James Foley Jr. of Lower Burrell; and his granddaughters, Danielle and Jennifer Foley.
