It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline Middleby of Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania, born in New Kensington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 12, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin D. Baker and Caroline M. Eisler Baker; her husband Isaac Donald Middleby; her granddaughter Jacqueline Dawn Salvaterra; and her siblings, Edwin, Johnny, George, Claude Baker, Dorothy Kolakowsky, Virginia Baker, Georgina Baker, Theodora Troutman and Theoma Spencer.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Swartz (Wayne) of Fawn Twp, Donna Salvaterra (Jack) of Vandergrift, Isaac Middleby (Mary) of Greenville, SC., Diana Buckshire (William) of Butler, Daniel Middleby (Darla) of Indianola, James Middleby of Lower Burrell and Kurt Middleby (Kimberly) of Cape Coral, FL.; her grandchildren, James Swartz (Colleen), Jason Middleby, Chad Swartz (Tracy), Jessica Grondine, Ian Swartz (Iris), Justin Buckshire (Kristen), Aaron Swartz, Sarah Boland (Joe), Gerid Buckshire (Kelly), Travis Buckshire (Melissa), Zachary Middleby, Morgan Gigliotti (Chris), Devan Cline (Joshua), Shane Middleby, Taylor Kerner (Robert) and Laurel Middleby; and her siblings, Garrett Baker of Lower Burrell, Emma Loretta Waters (Philip) of Lower Burrell, Pauline Hockenberry of Lower Burrell and Peggy Baker of Lower Burrell. She is also survived by 23 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
