Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Jacob leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He is survived by: his parents, David Thompson and Mary Jane Thompson (Sakowski) of Lower Burrell; and his brother Josh Thompson (Trista Simmers). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
