We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2024, at the age of 53, Heather Larkins-Smith of Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania, born in Decatur, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her stepparents, Richard Moman (Ellen) of Stamford, CT. and Jane A. Shaul Larkins (Michael) of Vandergrift; her fiancé Eric Reiser; her daughter Hope Smith; and her father Bryson Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
