He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Forsman and Grace Forsman (Beatty); and his in-laws, Benjamin and Mildred Decroo. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Forsman (Decroo); and his siblings, Ron Forsman (Barbara) of New Kensington, Sandra Sokol (Steve) of Cheswick and Lynette Tress (Robert) of Enola, PA. He is also survived by 1 niece, 7 nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
