Hornack; her children, Tom Hornack (Dana) of Lower Burrell, Erika Bitar (Scott) of Fox Chapel, Seth Hornack (Nicole) of Plum, Kylee Kohler of Natrona Heights and Kayla McConnell (Jason) of Oakmont; her grandchildren, Gabriella (Peyton Manko), Luke, Cooper, Gia Hornack, Scott, Baylin, Baustin, Barron, London Bitar, Gemma, Peyton, Faith, Seth Hornack, Monroe Allen, Baby Rocco, Olivia, Anna and Tilman McConnell; her siblings, Joseph Tordy (Karen) of Hainesport, NJ. and Terri Shutterly (Kurt) of Belle Vernon; and her uncles, Bob Hahne (Donna) and Leslie Lunt (Linda). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
