Coulter of Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania, born in New Kensington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 12, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur L. Smith and Alberta A. Coulter Smith (Adamik); his stepfather Paul A. Smith; and his siblings, Eugene, Arthur, Michael and Lisa Ann.
He is survived by: his close friend Christine Sparks of Lower Burrell; his children, Sarah Turner (Jason) of Charlottesville, VA, Melissa Heinzl of Houston, PA, James Coulter of Lower Burrell, PA and Kathryn Coulter of Houston, PA; the mother of his children Billie of Natrona Heights; and his grandchildren, Julie, Veronica, Peyton, Mia and Luke. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
