He was predeceased by: his father Charles R. Hawk; and his sister Cheryl Hernandez. He is survived by: his wife Claudia J. Robbins Hawk; his children, Chari Burtner (Jeff) of Lower Burrell, Cali Awes (Eric) of Lower Burrell, Cindi Hawk of Lower Burrell and Chucki Hawk (Missi) of Lower Burrell; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Burtner, Matthew Burtner (Samantha Neil), Katie Awes (Allan Beattie), Ethan Awes, Morgan, Lexi Dorn, Ella and Austin Hawk; and his sister Carol Fouse of West Virginia.
