He was predeceased by: his father Andrew L. Nesbit; his wife Joan F. Olczak Nesbit; his great grandchild Elijah Carr; and his siblings, David E. Brooks, Richard Brooks, James Nesbit, Mary Ella Roberts, Garnet Faith, Alberta Heckman and Ellen Tipinski.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Nesbit (Jeannie) of Freeport, Elaine Langlands (David Michael) of New Kensington, Nancy Jo Marsh (Don) of Upper Burrell and Michael Nesbit (Becky) of DuBois; and his siblings-in-law, Floyd Olczak (Connie) and Betty Brooks. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
The family suggests donations made in his name to St. Margaret Mary Church, 3055 Leechburg Rd. Lower Burrell, 15068.
