He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorencz Kulich and Paulina Cernanecova Kulich; his wife Rita Logue Kulick; and his siblings, Lawerence Kulick, Eva Kulich, Stella Bednarofsky (Joe), Mary Makara (Steve) and Ann Pastrick (Chris).
He is survived by: his daughter Mary Carol (Michael); and his siblings, Wilma Moret (Bill), Marge Kulik and Clem Kulich (Yumiko).
