She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry M. Tarr and Viola Tarr (Lape); her brother Paul A. Tarr; and her sisters-in-law, Kathy Tarr and Goldie Tarr.
She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Charlson Rakowski (Don); and her siblings, Harry Tarr, Philip Tarr (Betty), John Tarr, Bob Tarr and Ruth Baxter (Dan). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in loving memory of Ada to the Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania.
