He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his daughters, Linda Simko and Diane Mazurkivich (Frank); his grandchildren, Michael and Michalie Mazurkivich; his stepchildren, Melyssa Amelio (John) and Scott Klempner; his children, Gabby, Tony and Noah; and his sisters, Mary Jones (Lance) and Ann Barrett (Joe).
