He is survived by: his wife Margaret Swingle (Emery); his children, Ruth Anne (Shaun McHugh) of Lakeville, PA and Kenneth E Swingle IV of Lords Valley, PA; his granddaughter Hannah McHugh; and his siblings, Betty Swingle, Kathee (Joe Ferro), Sandy (Rich Diem), Gloria (Josh Ames) and John Swingle (Leslie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
