He is survived by: his mother-in-law Mary Heck (Scotti); his wife Mary Heck; his children, Joseph John Heck (Lisa) of Texas City, TX and Donna Dowling (John) of Lords Valley, PA; his brother Robert Heck (Barbara) of Woodmere, NY; his grandchildren, Monica Minster, Chelsea Phillips, Joseph John Heck III, Joseph Rose, John Dowling IV, John Christopher Heck and Joseph Vincent Heck; and his great grandchildren, Emily Rose, Joseph Rose, Nicholas Rose, Daniel Rose, Luke Dowling and Kenny Minster.
