He was predeceased by: his parents, Aloysius Hale and Sarah Hale (Burns); his wife Grace; and his siblings, Marion Speicher and Thomas Hale.
He is survived by: his daughter Mary Ann; his son-in-law Glenn Strys of Lords Valley, PA; his son Richard; his daughter-in-law Julie Hale of Saint Augustine, Florida; and his grandchildren, Michael, Monica Hale of Orlando and Matthew Hale (Candice Prince) of Gainesville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
