He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Clair and Caroline Holdren St. Clair; his wife Jean Elaine St. Clair; his siblings, Hugh St. Clair, Betty Jane Lynn, Rose Angus and Barbara Jean Pisczak; and his granddaughter Holly St. Clair.
He is survived by: his children, Lee A. (Lisa) of Swoyersville, Andrew W. (Laura) of Plains, Jason P. of Mechanicsburg, John H. (Jacqueline) of Tunkhannock, Erik W. (Kelly) of Dallas, Amy J. Pettit (Matthew) of Lenhartsville and Kay E. Davis of Philadelphia; and his siblings, Charles St. Clair, Margaret Moyer, Anna Schlott and Nancy Oliver. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
