He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl L. Neufer and Stephanie Neufer (Hubiak); his wife Kathleen M. Neufer; his son Robert L. Neufer Jr.; and his sister Barbara L. Harvey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia M. Walls of New Albany and Kimberly B. Hall of Cleveland, GA; his sisters, Nancy A. Loporcaro (Michael) of Hawley, Rose Marie Bizup (Richard) of Lopez and Rose Ann Pignatello (James) of Chatham, NJ; his grandchildren, Vincent R. Tancredi, Christian L. Hall, Alexis Musani, Karson Musani, Layton Shea and Chloe Shea; his great grandchild Kolton; his aunt Irene Gattuso of Alexandria, VA; his uncle John Hubiak of Carollton, TX; and his brother-in-law Stephen Harvey of Bangor. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will provide the flowers and suggest memorial contributions to St. Vladimir's Orthodox Church, P.O. Box 211, Lopez, PA 18628.
