She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Stavisky and Mary Moskva Stavisky; her spouse Francis J. "Pinky" Andrewlavage of Mildred, PA; her children, James E. Andrewlavage and Janette DeLuca; her son-in-law Charles N. DeLuca Jr.; and her siblings, Anna Stavisky, Genevieve Elchak (Harry), Irene Magda (Stanley), Steve Stavisky, Mike Stavisky (Nancy), Joe Stavisky (Katherine), Bill Stavisky (Eleanor) and Dan Stavisky.
She is survived by: her son Jerry (Charlene); her daughter-in-law Debra Andrewlavage (NJ); her sister-in-law Dorothy; her grandchildren, Christine DeLuca, Jessica Clausi (Scott), James Andrewlavage, Michael Andrewlavage, Stephen Andrewlavage, Cristopher Woortman (Melinda) and Melissa Woortman; and her great grandchildren, Janelle Clausi, Anthony Clausi and Lindsey Sonner-Woortman. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
