She is survived by: her husband Steve Mattichak of Lopez, PA; her son Gordon Mattichak (Anne) of Hickory, NC; her grandchildren, Stephen Mattichak, MD and Amy Davies Mattichak (Robert) of Sagamore Hills, OH; her great grandchildren, Jacob Eisner, Megan Mattichak and Sienna Mattichak; her sister Anne Elchak of Monroeton; and her sister-in-law Gladys Stavisky of Millville, PA..
