He was predeceased by: his former wife Shirley M. Ochterbeck (Hanna); his stepson Curtis E. "Curt" Noragong; and his brother Robert West Ochterbeck. He is survived by: his spouse Judy Ann Ochterbeck (Cook); his children, Kevin Ochterbeck (Linda), Kathy D. Spiegel (Michael), Bonnie S. Ochterbeck and Judy L. Davenport (Daniel); and his stepson Steven J. Herbert (Lori). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
