We are sad to announce that on June 27, 2021, at the age of 88, Phyllis Douty (Loganton, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her spouse Herb Douty; her daughters, Valerie Weaver of Spring Hill and Leslie Ginter (George) of Harrisburg; her stepdaughter Jane Ann Welshans (James) of Hummelstown; and her stepgrandchildren, Jeffrey, Joel and Jennifer Welshans.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to either Sugar Valley Church of the Brethren or the Clinton County S.P.C.A. through the funeral home.
