He was predeceased by: his wife Leah M. Fisher (Neff); and his parents, Hogan Fisher and Melba Fisher (Dickey). He is survived by: his children, Paula Sims (Michael McAlkich) of Sunset Beach, NC, Heidi Bowmaster (Drew Hess) of Lock Haven, PA and Paul G. Fisher, Jr. (Victoria) of Jersey Shore; and his siblings, Jerry Baney of Lock Haven, PA, George Baney of Beech Creek, PA, Mary Hough of Mackeyville, PA, Judy Clark of Williamsport, PA and Jane Sweeley of Rauchtown, PA. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
