"Chuck" Monk, Jr.; her daughters, Lisa Heaton (Dave) of Beech Creek and Kristy Simcox (Shane) of Mill Hall; her siblings, Mary Thomas (Robert) of Beech Creek, Nora Wagner (Charlie) of Mill Hall, Sonny Bower (Mary Ann) of Flemington, Nancy Stahl (Guy) of Mill Hall and Donna Becker (William) of Loganton; her grandchildren, Ski Stringfellow (Tiffany) of Beech Creek, Caitlyn Stover (Michael) of Howard, Nova Simcox of Mill Hall, Mason and Ellie Heaton of Beech Creek; and her great grandchildren, Aubree, Madison Stringfellow and Noah Stover.

Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Lock Haven Dialysis Center.
