He was predeceased by: his father Michael Patrick, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Ann Patrick DeGaetano; his significant other Tammi Ferree of Loganton; his son Anthony Michael Patrick Yimin (Kendall Coughlin) of Florida; his siblings, Debra Wasson (Timothy), Jeffrey Patrick (Colleen) and Gregory Patrick; and his granddaughter Kaleigh Yimin.
