She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Ilgen and Lela Greninger Ilgen; her husband Charles I. Monk, Sr.; her son Brian E. Monk; and her siblings, Daniel, Perry Ilgen and Edna Ilgen Grove.
She is survived by: her children, Charles I. Monk, Jr. of Loganton and Kathie R. Spotts (Dave) of Loganton; and her sister Arius Conoway of Loganton. She is also survived by five grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren.
