He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry F. Bower and Stella I. Bower (Hazel); and his siblings, Hazel Kell, Carol Shaffer (Kenny), Larry and Richard (Dale Bower).
He is survived by: his wife Belva L. Brungard; his daughters, Deana Clinger (Scott) of Morrisdale, Lori Langer (Timothy) of Moshannon, Bonnie Owens (Scott) of Loganton and Jessica Goins of State College; his grandchildren, Cameron, Christian, Olivia Goins, Rachael Schall (Connor), Katelynn Colantoni-Owens, Nathaniel Clinger (Hannah), April Clinger (Jacob) and Lynsie Lanager; and his pet Moby.
