He is survived by: his wife Judith Welkom (Keeler); his children, Adam Welkom of Catawissa, Roxanne Sacks of Sunbury and Cindi Greeley of Catawissa; and his siblings, Michael Welkom of Harrisburg and Carol Griffen of Scott Township, PA.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
