With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles E. Matter of Loganton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 27, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Matter and Grace Brungard Matter; and his sister Mary Lamey. He is survived by: his wife Willeen Matter of Loganton; his daughters, Becky Matter of Rauchtown and Esther Kramer (Joe) of Loganton; his siblings, John Matter (Margaret) of Mill Hall, Kenneth Matter of Mill Hall, Dorothy Fisher (Jim) of Mill Hall, Robert Matter (Mary) of Loganton, Evelyn Garbrick (John) of Lamar, Laura Boyd of Boyertown and Barbara Zimmerman (Steve) of Howard; his grandchildren, Jenna Kramer, Breanna, Katlyn and Kolton Sylvanio; and his pet Sadie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Charles' name may be made to the Clinton County S.P.C.A. through the funeral home.
