She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Garman and Mary Janet Garman (O'Brien); her sister Linda Ross; and her mother-in-law Sylvia Hynoski. She is survived by: her close friend Frank Hynoski; her daughter Vanessa Herbert (Brandon); her grandsons, Lucas Shipe and Owen Herbert; her sister Debby Garman-Beaver; her brother-in-law Steve Ross; her niece Allora Koch; and her nephews, Steven Ross, Eric Ross and Jeff Beaver.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Red Tornadoes Touchdown Club, 579 Wilburton Road, Mt. Carmel, PA 17851.
