She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh O'Neill and Mary O'Neill (Cain); and her daughter Mary Pahl (Jeff). She is survived by: her children, Leo Kelser (Susan) of Summit, NJ, Joan Handerhan of Enola, PA and Patricia Kiefaber (George) of Coal Township; her grandchildren, Matthew (Chun), Jared (Lisa), Alex, Ben, Christopher (Astrid), Andrew, Ryan and Kayla; her stepgrandchildren, Lindsay, Josh, Tim, Stephanie and Taylor; her great grandchild Annie; and her brothers, Robert "Emmett" O'Neill, Hugh O'Neill and John "Jack" O'Neill. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
