She was predeceased by: her parents, James Doyle and Alice Doyle (Degler); her husband Paul Aloysious Birster; her granddaughter Kaitlin Marie Heather (Malia); and her sister Regina.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Birster (Angela) of Jupiter, Richard Birster (Cindy) of Mt. Carmel, Carol Ann Colross of Atlas, Mary Lou Bosco (George) of Locust Gap and Barbara Ann Green of Locust Gap; her grandchildren, Steffanie Birster, Christina Schroeder (Shane), Paul Birster, III (Sheena), Eric Birster (Mattie), Jared Colross, Miranda Green and Ryan Green; her great grandchildren, Bella, Eli, Athena, Trystan, Korbyn, Lynken, Jace, Warryn, Liam, Ember, Cade, Sadie and Lyla; and her brother James Doyle of Florida. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
