He was predeceased by: his parents, William Packer and Pearl Packer (Shuey); and his siblings, Judy Packer, Claude Packer (Butch), Joyce Conaway, Terry Packer and Janet Miller (Bob).
He is survived by: his sister Brenda Lannan of Orviston; and his nieces and nephews, Douglas Packer (Beth), Cheryl Breon (Denny), Rich Miller, George Conaway (Jessica), Amy Rooks (Jonathan) and David Lannan (Jennifer).
