He was predeceased by: his parents, William Leuthold and Elizabeth Schetrumpf Leuthold of Hazleton; and his sister Mary Lou Hunsinger (Earl) of Hazleton. He is survived by: his wife Lois Ann Leuthold (Schuchart); his children, Gail Lynn Leuthold of Harrisburg and Brian Leuthold (Andrea) of Lock Haven; his grandchildren, Sean Andrus (Anna) of Susquehanna County, Matt Andrus (Britanny) of Lock Haven, Becca and Alec Leuthold of Lock Haven; and his great grandchildren, Isaac, Aspen Andrus of Susquehanna County, Brett and William Andrus of Lock Haven.
