She is survived by: her children, Melissa Hanley (Duane) of Beech Creek and John E. Shade of Beech Creek; and her siblings, John Toot (Susan), Patricia Peters (Vance), Joellen Litz and Gloria Bowes. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
