We are sad to announce that on August 20, 2023, at the age of 83, Victoria W. Bliler (Lock Haven, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harry Webber and Margaret Webber; her husband Richard Bliler (Dick); her sister Charlotte Eisenhower; her nephew Richard K. Eisenhower; her brother-in-law Richard E. Eisenhower; her nephew Craig A. Sr. (Tina Eisenhower); her great-nephew David; and her niece-in-law Lucia Eisenhower.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in her name to The American Heart Association or The Humane Society.
