She was predeceased by: her mothers, Frances DeSales and Ann Marie Smith (McMann); her husband Patrick R. Moriarty; and her brothers, Francis DeSales Smith, Jr. and Joseph Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Marie Moriarty of Silver Spring, MD, Sheila M. Kovalcin of Philipsburg and Veronica P. Moriarty (John Allen) of Mill Spring, NC. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Lock Haven Catholic School.
