He was predeceased by: his mother Dora Welch Bailey. He is survived by: his daughters, Judy Seybold (Shane) of Allenwood and Michelle Mader (Joel) of McElhattan; his grandchildren, Forrest Seybold (Kylie) of California, Turner Mader (Dominika) of Williamsport and Tara Mader of McElhattan; his stepgrandchildren, Dakota Stantz and Courtney Smith; and his stepdaughters, Chrissy Smith (Micheal) of Castenea and Tina Ungard of Texas. He is also survived by 7 siblings and survived by 4 siblings.
