Velma Winner Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2020, at the age of 88, Velma Winner (Lock Haven, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Croak and Mabel Alice Bilby Croak. She is survived by: her husband Richard Winner; and her children, Steven Winner (Penny) of Etters, Chris Adams (William) of Lock Haven and Carol Colucci (John) of Lock Haven. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to Hillview Wesleyan Church.
