He was predeceased by: his grandmother Althea Bower of Flemington. He is survived by: his parents, James M. Bower, Sr. and Confer Bower; his friend LeAnne Sayles of Lock Haven; his children, Joshua and Kassidy Turner of Quakertown; his sisters, Kelly Workman (Tommy) of Clintondale, Billie Renninger (Donnie) of Rote and Patty Geyer; his sons, Joseph of Bellefonte and Bryan of Bellefonte; his brother James, Jr. (Kelly) of Tennessee; and his grandmother Connie Gettig of Howard. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
