With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Kimbel Stiger (Lock Haven, Pennsylvania), born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 1, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Milner Kimbel and Mildred Alice Stiger (Faneuf); and his stepson Ricky Bailey. He is survived by: his daughter Valerie Klaips (John) of Mill Hall; his stepchildren, Tina Bailey of Montgomery and Adam Bailey (April) of West Virginia; his sister Susan Jaggard Stiger of New Mexico; and his close friend Denise Hicks of Canton.
