He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn H. Moore and Lenore E. Rossman Moore. He is survived by: his children, Barbara A. Eldred (Jeremy A. Young) of Montoursville, Kimberly Smith (Russell) of Montgomery and Jeffrey A. Moore (Patricia Holmes) of Mill Hall. He is also survived by three nieces and nephews.
