With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sylvia Jean Myers (Lock Haven, Pennsylvania), born in Renovo, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 23, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Getz and Adeline Serafini (Wagner); and her siblings, William Serafini (Ginny) of Renovo, Donald, Gerald Getz and Kay Conser.
She is survived by: her husband George A. Myers; her children, Gary Myers (Mary) of McElhatten and Lisa Myers of Lamar; her foster daughter Kathy Armstrong (Tommy) of Hayden, AL; her grandchildren, Matthew Myers (Michelle) of Shamokin Dam, Ashley Simcox of Carlisle, Tyler Butler of Lamar, Bradley Myers (Sarah) of Mill Hall and Rachel Pepperman (John) of Williamsport; her great grandchildren, Alexa, Aiden Simcox of Carlisle, Morgan, Dylan Pepperman of Williamsport and Hadleigh Myers of Mill Hall; and her brothers, Ronald Getz (Gloria) of Renovo, Ernest Getz (Dorothy) of Farwell, Robert Serafini (Trudy) of Renovo and James Serafini of Olean, NY.
