It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheila Smith Vannucci Neal (Lock Haven, Pennsylvania), who passed away on August 14, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Morris B. Smith and Norma Brubaker Smith; her former husband Ernest L. Vannucci; her sons, Philip M. Vannucci (Stacey) and Philippe R. Vannucci Gallagher; her husband Jack H. Neal; her daughter Lynn Vannucci (Lynnie) of Lock Haven, PA; her stepchildren, Brad Neal of York, PA, Barbara Neal Leland (Larry) of Montoursville, PA. and Bethe Neal; and her children-in-law, Patrick Gallagher and Melissa Neal. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter.
